Dutch Florists can demonstrate their sustainable practices by using the Sustainable Florist Barometer certification.
Part of the points rewarded relate to the sourcing of flowers and plants. We have been highlighting the FSI approach to promote the benchmarked standards and widen the pool of certified products for the florists. Great to see that among the MPS and Fairtrade certificates also Kenya Flower Council Silver Standard, EHPEA Silver Level and Florverde Sustainable Flowers are recognized. This is how we like to see the FSI Basket in practice!
